Today, on May 2, 2023, the Director of the National Center for the Development of Higher Education A.A. Mukhatayev and the President of the Center for the Development of Labor Resources D.R. Argandykov signed a Memorandum of Cooperation and Interaction between the RSE of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan 'National Center for the Development of Higher Education' and the JSC 'Center for the Development of Labor Resources' of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The cooperation is aimed at effective interaction of the parties in the use of professional standards in the development of educational programs and the implementation of the National Qualifications System.

The joint activities of the two centers will serve as the basis for the formation of the National Qualification System and methodological support for the training system of qualified personnel.
