Kazakhstan participated in the "Eternal Contribution" 2025 Assembly in St. Petersburg
On May 20, 2025, the annual Assembly "Eternal Contribution" was held in St. Petersburg at the Peter the Great St. Petersburg Polytechnic University, organized by the Association of National Foundations. This is one of the largest events in the field of charity development, sustainable financing and promotion of a culture of charity. More than 100 organizations from Russia and other countries, including representatives of educational institutions, charitable foundations, government agencies and business communities, took part in the Assembly.
This year, an official delegation from Kazakhstan was present, including the Director of the National Center for the Development of Higher Education F.Sh. Kuanganov. and the Head of the Internationalization Office Kulumzhanova A.M.
As part of the Assembly, the Director of the National Center for the Development of Higher Education F.Sh. Kuanganov delivered a speech on the topic "Endowments in Kazakhstan", in which he spoke about the history of the development of endowments in the country, legislative initiatives and plans to expand the use of endowments in Kazakhstani higher education institutions.
Also, within the framework of the event, an educational exhibition was held, in which the Center for International Programs JSC actively participated. The Kazakh side presented scholarship and academic programs, including the Bolashak program, as well as initiatives for international academic mobility and training of competitive personnel.
The Assembly program included informative panel discussions, round tables, expert sessions and closed business meetings. Special attention was paid to the experience of managing a permanent endowment fund to support education, science and culture, legislative issues, and interaction between public and private structures.
Kazakhstan's participation in the Assembly of Permanent Deposits was an important step in the development of international cooperation in the field of education and sustainable financing. It also confirmed the country's readiness to actively exchange experience and introduce best practices in the formation of funds and strengthening intellectual potential.
